Chile Corn Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Cornbread mix
  • 2 1/2 cups Creamland milk
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 cup canned cream corn (8oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can chopped green chile peppers
  • 1 can pimento, chopped

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and put into a 9″ x 13″ greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Great side to any Mexican dish.
